Utah Driver Anh Duy Pham Allegedly Struck 9 Female Pedestrians with his Vehicle around the Wasatch Front.
In a series of troubling events along the Wasatch Front in Utah, a 26-year-old man, Anh Duy Pham, is alleged to have deliberately used his vehicle to strike female pedestrians. Now facing multiple charges including nine counts of attempted murder, these attacks occurred on various dates, with notable incidents on March 2nd, 2024, March 12th, 2024, August 22nd, 2023, February 24, 2024, February 28, 2024, and March 11, 2024. Victims include Dacia Davis and Jill Mortensen, and more. Pham, who reportedly had been living out of his car, was apprehended following these incidents. The motivations for these heinous acts have yet to be clarified. In total, Pham was charged with a total of nine counts of attempted murder, a first-degree felony; six counts of failing to stop at an accident with serious injury, a third-degree felony; and three counts of failing to stop at an accident with injury, a class A misdemeanor.
